The AR series is one of the classics among Ibanez guitars. As one of the company's first original designs, it has secured a firm place in guitar history over the years and remains a sought-after instrument to this day. The AR series proudly continues this legacy, combining classic style with modern playability.
The three-piece maple neck provides rich resonance, while the jatoba fingerboard with its reddish-brown color delivers full midrange and clear highs. Medium frets support precise playing and clean articulation.
The combination of a Macassar ebony top, okoume back, and maple body delivers a balanced sound: powerful mids, tight bass, and brilliant highs. Equipped with Super 58 pickups, the AR produces a vintage sound with moderate output that is suitable for both classic and modern playing styles.
