The Electro Harmonix Bass Soulfood is an incredibly versatile overdrive and clean boost effect designed primarily for bass guitarists, but can also be effectively used with guitar. This pedal does not color the natural sound of the instrument and amplifier, ensuring that the essence of the music remains intact.
With the Drive and Blend controls, you can finely adjust the level of overdrive or clean boost, while the Treble control allows for a broadening of the frequency range. The -10dB pad switch is a helpful feature for active instruments, allowing for optimized performance. The pedal also offers the option of internal True/Buffered Bypass switching.
Equipped with a professional power supply (EHX9.6DC-200), this pedal is essential for achieving the best performance.
